BENEFITS OF NEPNEP SEEDS

These seeds are used as part of traditional treatments in Africa, specifically treatments related to intimate female discomfort.

This plant has antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic properties.

Mainly used in the prevention and treatment of intimate hygiene in women, nep nep seeds:

intervene against vaginal itching and white discharge

purify the intimate feminine apparatus in order to limit smelly scents

tone the vaginal muscles, especially after childbirth

facilitate healing of genital wounds

stimulate the female libido.

In addition to these feminine intimate treatments, these seeds are also used in cases of:

intestinal disorders such as colic and diarrhea

oral hygiene to combat bad breath, gingivitis, canker sores, cavities and dental pain

sore throat and cough.

TIPS FOR USE

For optimal use, you can extract the seeds from their pod and infuse them together for a better diffusion of the virtues of the pod and the seeds it contains. Remember to wash the seeds well before decoction.

It is recommended to use nep nep seeds in decoction with 2 to 3 stems of Gongoli for optimal treatment of intimate hygiene.

To do this, put 1 liter and a half of water a handful of seeds (previously shelled) and boil for 15 to 20 min.

Let steep 20 min, strain and use this preparation preferably warm for an intimate bath.

Repeat for a week for vaginal healing.

Finally, for everything that is an internal treatment (cough and intestinal disorders), drink a glass of this preparation, lukewarm, preferably in the evening after the meal.

For the good intimate smell:

Make the same recipe by adding the fruit 4 sides and the stems of Gongoli.

To stimulate female libido:

In synergy with the glue press into infusion as an intimate bath. You can also use this infusion in addition to tigernut powder.

For your oral hygiene:

Infuse the seeds with 2 stems of Gongoli and use this preparation to gargle.

PRECAUTIONS

Do not use in pregnant women or children under 15 years of age.

Ask your doctor for advice on any use, prolonged or combined with other active ingredients.

Store in a cool, dry place and away from light.
